Shipping and Payment

Shipping

• Slovakia: GLS courier, €3.90 incl. VAT.
• Czech Republic: GLS courier, CZK 150 incl. VAT.
• Other EU countries: parcels are delivered by trusted local carriers. Shipping costs approx. €7 excl. VAT. We will send you the exact shipping price for your country in our quote before you confirm the order.

Delivery time

• Products from our standard range in leather and Spectro (menu covers, placemats, accessories): approx. 13 working days after the order is approved and the deposit is paid.
• Products with your logo and made-to-measure products: we state the exact delivery time in our quote.
• Products in stock are shipped as soon as we receive your order.

Payment

• Bank transfer based on a proforma invoice. Please use the order or invoice number as the payment reference.

For products with your logo, we first send you a quote based on the personalisation costs. Once you approve it, we issue a proforma invoice.

VAT-free invoices for EU businesses

If your company is registered for VAT in another EU country and you enter a valid VAT ID in your order, we issue the invoice without VAT. VAT is then accounted for by you in your country (reverse charge). We verify the VAT ID in the VIES system before issuing the invoice.
