How can I order goods?
You can place an order directly on our e-shop by adding goods to the cart and filling out the order form. You can also place an order by phone or email.
Is personalization with my own logo included in the product price?
No, personalization with your own logo is not included in the product price. We can price the logo according to the type of personalization, logo size, and number of pieces. You can send us your logo additionally via email at info@mrhoreca.eu.
Is it possible to order a smaller quantity than the specified minimum order for a given product?
If you wish to order a smaller quantity than the specified minimum order, please send us your inquiry at info@mrhoreca.sk or info@mrhoreca.cz, and we will assess your request individually.
Can I choose my own product size, or can I only choose from the sizes listed on the e-shop?
We can manufacture a size according to your specifications, but we consider it a custom product – the minimum order quantity is 50 pcs. Each request is assessed individually, so please send us your inquiry via email, specifying the product you are interested in and its required external or internal dimensions.
Is the "RESERVED" inscription included in the price of the information stand?
Yes, the "RESERVED" inscription or another type of reservation inscription is free if you choose from the dies that are already made (applies only to Spectro and Berlin leather). We can print any inscription of your choice for free on washable paper.
Can I personalize the "RESERVED" information stand with my own logo?
Yes, it is possible, provided that the size of the logo fits within the dimensions of the stand. The cost of logo personalization will be priced separately.
How should I take care of the products?
Each product description includes information about maintenance. If needed, you can find specific guides on our website on how to properly clean and maintain the products.
Is sample shipping free, including delivery?
Yes. If you request samples, we cover the delivery and return costs.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time for goods is 1-3 business days. For custom-made products, the delivery time is agreed upon individually before production begins.
How can I track my order status? After sending your order, we will provide you with a tracking number, which you can use to track your package via the courier service.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the delivery method and the current price list. The exact shipping price will be displayed before confirming your order.
Can I return the goods without giving a reason?
Yes, if you are a consumer (a private individual), you have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. However, this right does not apply to goods made to order or customized according to your requirements.
How can I make a complaint?
If you discover a defect in the goods, please contact us immediately in writing or via email and attach proof of purchase. We commit to resolving the complaint within 30 days of receipt.
Can I return custom-made goods with my business logo?
No. Custom-made goods cannot be returned. To prevent such situations, we create free product visualizations as part of the order, and we proceed with production only after your approval. We also offer free sample shipping so you can inspect the color and material up close before deciding if it suits your business.
Can I claim a complaint for custom-made products?
Complaints also apply to custom-made products if manufacturing defects occur. If you notice any defects, please contact us immediately, attach proof of purchase, and complete the complaint form.
